RUSAL’s shareholders decide against dividends for 2022

MOSCOW, Jun 28 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian aluminum giant UC RUSAL have approved a decision to pay no dividends for 2022, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

The company previously paid U.S. $0.02 per ordinary share in dividends for January–June 2022, making the first dividend payment since the dividends for 2017.

En+ Group owns 56.88% in RUSAL, Sual has 25.52% and free float is 17.6%.
